Rare Promotional "Final Year" Internal Hoodie

I have noooo clue what this is but its absolutely awesome. I found this like two weeks ago when writing this in early May. The graphics are nuts. Im guessing made for someones last rodeo at the brand? Brand new condition it seems to be also.
